So we can help quickly, share:

• your platform (Android, Windows, or web)
• app version, if you know it
• wallet address (public only) if the issue is on-chain
• screenshots or screen recordings when possible
• a short description of what you expected vs what happened

Response times

Discord is usually the quickest place to get a reply from the team and community. Email may take longer; use it for formal requests, privacy questions, or when you cannot use Discord.
